I understand that failure to provide accurate information and/or to abide by the rules and regulations by me and/or my child can result to their dismissal from the Madrasah.

Declaration of Agreement Before Admission

It is mandatory for parents to agree to all of the following before admission can be granted

Reception Class

The child must be able to relieve him/herself on his/her own.

Learning and Behaviour               

The parents have been made aware that the Madrasah takes education very seriously and requires all students to learn from home and meet our targets of attendance, education, and behaviour.

The parent agrees that if given admission their child(ren) will be on a 3-month trial basis.

Uniform and Dress Code             

The applicant and parents understand and agree to wear the correct uniform daily to Madrasah.

(Boys Only) The applicant and parents agree to ensure that the hair of the applicant will be all level, no part left short and long at the same time. Also, length of hair should be acceptable to the Madrasah.

Punctuality and Attendance      

The parents/applicant agrees that absence or regular /routine late arrivals or early leaves are not allowed for extra activities/trips/tuition/sports etc which fall during Madrasah time.

The parent accepts that taking leave/booking non-emergency holidays during term time is not acceptable.

The parents understand that our attendance target is 98% - 100% and we expect all parents and children to achieve these targets and if attendance falls below 95% Parents will be warned. If improvement is not seen the student could lose his/her space.

The parent agrees to pay the fees on time and to set up a standing order with our bank..

Following Madrasah Rules         

The parents agree that failure to adhere to any of the above and also anything listed on our rules and regulations will result in the child’s name taken off the Madrasah register.

The parents agree that causing any type of discord or rebel in any way or form against the Madrasah or staff will result in their child's name taken off the Madrasah register.

The Parents agree that any improper conduct, threatening behaviour or abuse in any form including verbal or written by parents will result in their child’s name taken off the Madrasah register.

The parents agree to the Madrasah rules and regulations, holiday dates and timings and agree to follow them knowing that failure to do so will result in the child losing their space.
